welcome
Welcome. If you’ve found your way here, you may be seeking a deeper understanding of how your child learns, develops, and experiences their educational world.
Every child has a unique learning profile. Sometimes differences become more noticeable when a child is experiencing challenges—whether in reading, writing, attention, social connection, or emotional regulation. Other times, families are simply looking for clarity: to better understand their child’s strengths, to determine the most supportive educational setting, or to proactively plan for a transition into a new school environment.
I offer comprehensive, neuroaffirmative educational evaluations that are designed to identify your child’s individual pattern of strengths and differences. These assessments go beyond labels—they provide a meaningful understanding of how your child processes information, engages with learning, and experiences their environment. From there, I provide personalized, research-informed recommendations to support your child’s learning, well-being, and educational experience across settings.
My services can be helpful when:
Your child is currently experiencing learning or school-related challenges
You are exploring the best educational setting for your child
Your child is transitioning to a new school or program and you want thoughtful recommendations in place
You are seeking a second opinion or a more comprehensive understanding than what was provided through the school system
In addition to evaluations, I offer educational consultation and short-term educational therapy to support skill development and help translate recommendations into meaningful, practical support.
I bring over 10 years of experience working with children and families across a wide range of educational settings, including public schools, charter schools, private schools, non-public schools (NPS), Montessori, Waldorf, independent study programs, residential schools, and private practice. This breadth of experience allows me to provide nuanced, individualized recommendations that truly fit your child and your family.
I serve families throughout San Diego County, and also offer virtual services for families outside the area.
Throughout our work together, my goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and empowered with a clear path forward.
