Sometimes families need guidance without needing a full evaluation. Consultation services are individualized to your child, family, or school and may focus on learning, behavior, social-emotional well-being, educational planning, or special education support.
Consultation may include support with homeschooling or at-home academic intervention, including identifying skill gaps and tailoring instruction or curriculum to a child’s learning profile; exploring educational settings and determining what type of learning environment may be the best fit; navigating the special education and IEP process; developing practical strategies to support behavior and social-emotional well-being at home or school; and reviewing existing assessments, plans, or services to provide recommendations or a second opinion.
For schools and other professionals, consultation may also include behavior and classroom support, staff professional development, classroom presentations, and development of school-wide systems and supports.

assessments
I provide comprehensive, individualized assessments designed to better understand a child’s unique strengths, needs, and educational experience. Depending on the purpose of the evaluation, the assessment process may include record review, parent and teacher interviews, student interviews, observations across settings, rating scales, standardized testing, and consultation with other providers.
Each assessment includes a comprehensive written report with meaningful, practical recommendations, as well as a meeting to review the findings and answer questions. Attendance at school or IEP meetings is also available upon request.

Educational therapy
Individualized support to help children and adolescents develop the skills they need to thrive at home, at school, and in relationships. Sessions may focus on coping and emotional regulation, social skills, and/or targeted academic skill development, based on each child’s individual needs.
